This policy explains how Marish Quest Consulting ("Marish Quest," "we," "us") handles information collected through marishquest.com (the "Site"). It is intentionally short, because the Site collects very little.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and operations. The Site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
- To protect the Site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the Site, and they process data on our behalf:
- Deno Deploy — website hosting.
- Baserow — storage of contact form submissions.
- Brevo — email notifications to our team when a form is submitted.
- Google Fonts — web fonts, which your browser loads directly from Google.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting work, and then delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us at any time by emailing info@marishquest.com.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
